Terms of Service
The terms governing use of Zen Tech Limited services, Zen One and the BEZ product ecosystem.
Agreement
By accessing Zen One or any Zen Tech service you agree to these terms and to any order form or statement of work executed between us.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services to break the law, infringe rights, attack infrastructure, or resell access without a written reseller agreement.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions renew for the stated term unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
Services are provided under the warranties stated in your agreement. Liability is limited to the amounts paid in the preceding twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.
