Data we collect
We collect account details you provide (name, work email, organization), product usage and diagnostic data, and content you submit to Zen One products such as BEZ CRM and BEZ Intelligence.
How we use data
Data is used to deliver and secure the services, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Customer content is retained for the life of the account and deleted on request or within our documented retention windows after termination.
